Thanks to excellent transport connections, holidaymakers and day tourists, especially from the Ruhr region and the neighboring Netherlands, can reach their excursion and recreation destinations quickly and easily. The town of Rees has excellent access to the A3 and A57 freeways, the B67 and B8 federal highways, the international railroad line and Weeze and Düsseldorf airports .
