Yes, bathrobes can be borrowed at reception or in the swimming pool or sauna area.
Bathrobe: 7,50€
Towel: 5,-€
Bathrobe + 2 sauna towels: 13,50€

The ticket is valid for 3 hours. If you stay longer, you will have to pay an additional €3 per hour. Overnight guests of the Marissa Resort do not pay extra.

No, during the opening hours of the swimming pool you automatically purchase a combined ticket.

We have changing rooms on the first floor by the swimming pool and on the first floor by our sauna area. With the combined ticket you can decide which changing room you want to use. You are welcome to use the changing rooms for the area where you want to start.

Yes, but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and may not use the sauna area alone.

Yes, our sauna area is exclusively textile-free. If you prefer to use a textile sauna, you will find these directly in the swimming pool area.

During the opening hours of the swimming pool, you automatically purchase a combined ticket and can use both the swimming pool and the sauna area.
Only the sauna area is open for you from Thu-Sat between 19:00 and 21:00. The outdoor pool of the swimming pool is exclusively available to sauna guests during this time.

As an overnight guest, we offer you the opportunity to charge your e-car at one of our e-charging stations at our resort.

Bus route 129 offers an extended service between Brockum, Lemförde and Diepholz with a stop at "Marissa Park". From Diepholz station you can take the RegionalExpress to Bremen and from Lemförde station to Osnabrück.

- Monday to Friday, the line runs almost every hour until 19:00, on Fridays until 20:00.
- On Saturdays, there is a two-hourly service between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- On Sundays, there is a two-hourly service between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.

 

The leisure line F17 connects the vacation park and the sights in Wagenfeld / Ströhen (Golfpark, Lütvogt, Loyds, Moorwelte, Moorbahn, Tierpark).
- The line departs from the vacation park at 09:45, 14:15 and 16:45 from Tuesday to Friday
- On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the line starts at 09:45, 13:15 and 16:45 at the vacation park

Yes, you can book a mixed bag of rolls for 5€/person/day.

There are two different hot tubs at our resort: a wooden hot tub & a plastic hot tub. You can find the instructions for both versions in the house folder (click here).

Why doesn't it bubble?
A hot tub does not have a whirlpool function.

My hot tub is not getting warm, what should I do?
Please check that all drain taps (including the small tap) are actually closed in accordance with the operating instructions.

There is a filter coffee machine in the kitchens. You will also need ground coffee and size 4 coffee filters.

In apartment S, M, M+ there are microwave-oven combination appliances.

A large mattress for two people. The dimensions are 180x200cm.

You have booked your vacation through Novasol:
If you book at least 56 days before the start of the
rental period, the following terms of payment apply:
a. The first installment of 25% of the total rental price is
immediately and must be received no later than

b. The second installment of 75% of the total rental price is
42 days before the start of the rental period at the latest

To check in, you will need either your Novasol rental card or your identity card.

Please let us know by phone or email if you are unable to arrive during opening hours. We will then be happy to provide you with all the necessary documents and keycards in our outdoor safe and give you the code. We ask you to come back to reception the following day to clarify everything else.

Check-in is possible from 16:00. You are welcome to arrive earlier so that everything can be organized. You will then have access to the house from 16:00.

On the day of departure we ask you to check out by 10:00 am.

Optionally you can book an early check-in (access to the house from 14:00) and/or a late check-out (departure until 12:00) for an extra charge of 25,-€. Simply send an email to rezeption@marissa-resort.de or call us on 05447-921010.

We attach great importance to ensuring that our park is also easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. The following vacation homes are barrier-free: DDS272, DDS273, DDS276, DDS278 and DDS281
You will soon be able to view the units in our 360° tour.

We are happy to book vacation properties that are right next to each other. Just give us a call: 05447-921010.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

There is 1 parking space per vacation unit, at the L house there are 2 parking spaces.

Additional cars can be parked in the large parking lots.
