We are particularly happy to welcome younger guests to our resort! That's why it's important to us to offer activities and attractions for children so that every age group has a great experience at our resort.
On this page you will find an overview of leisure activities for the whole family - in and around our resort. You can of course also ask for more information at our reception.
The varied landscape of the Dümmer Nature Park is also reflected in the grounds of the Marissa Resort. The houses are embedded in seven different natural worlds, whose characteristic facets can be experienced during a stay. Such an elaborate landscape design concept is unique for a resort in northern Germany. There are various playgrounds for all ages throughout the resort. Here you can relax on a bench and watch your children let off steam.
LYKKE LAND - OUR INDOOR PLAY HALL
Your adventure awaits you here! We offer you a variety of play options, a modern exercise arena and breathtaking climbing challenges. With us, everyone gets their portion of "fun & games" - the very small "crawlers", the nimble kids or adventurous teenagers and adults.
All overnight guests at the resort receive a 25% discount on their tickets. Redeemable only on site.
OUTDOOR PLAYGROUNDS
There are several different playgrounds at our resort, so you can even keep an eye on your children from the terrace. Outside the resort, however, there are other play areas around the Dümmer and on the beach.
SKATE PARK & SPORTS FIELD IN THE PARK
For skateboards, inline skates, BMX bikes and stunt scooters - at the heart of our resort is our new skate park for beginners and advanced skaters! In the middle of it, you can play several ball sports on a multi-arena. Come and have a look!
ACTIVITIES AROUND THE PARK
The Ströhen animal park, which is not far from the vacation park, is very popular with children. In cooperation, we offer every guest a €2 GIFT VOUCHER for admission to the zoo. For further activities, simply ask at reception what there is to do for children outside the resort. The list of partners & activities is very large and constantly changing.
Ströhen ZooWe have prepared lots of activities for our young guests! Look forward to arts and crafts, reading aloud, water fun or face painting. You can find all the activities taking place during your travel period in our event overview.
Draw a picture to our mascot BO and drop it in his postbox on the Plaza. With a bit of luck, you'll receive a reply from BO!
The mailbox is emptied daily on weekdays.
Children's musician Heiner Rusche will be playing an Easter concert as part of his "Mach dich locker!" tour. With his participatory program, there is never a dull moment and there is something for all ages. Above all, the songs are designed to be fun and let you become an actor yourself.
