Business apprenticeship or similar qualification
Ideally, experience in facility management and a basic understanding of technical matters
Knowledge of scheduling and ticketing systems
Proficiency in MS Office
Open and communicative

Your tasks:

Coordinating the distribution of tasks in the facility team for requests from Outlets Gastro, cleaning and green work as well as owner requests/suggestions
Internal and external maintenance and repair management with external service providers
Technical support for onboarding and offboarding
Bid research and procurement (materials/services) as well as invoice verification and approval
Bookings and invoicing of activities of the facility team employees
Processing insurance claims and ASA tasks
IT contact person/contacts for assistance
Preparation/execution of larger projects (e.g. energy management, construction projects)
After induction: deputizing for the team leader in case of absence
