Experience in the event, hotel, tourism, or sales environment
Enjoy selling and have a confident, friendly manner
Strong communication skills and a keen sense of customer needs
A structured and independent way of working comes naturally to you and you have strong organizational skills.
You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with accounting or CRM systems (optional).

Your tasks:

Advising and supporting business customers and private guests from the initial inquiry to the final booking
Active sales of our event and conference offerings
Conducting tours and presentations of our resort and event spaces
Preparation of individual offers, schedules, and event arrangements
Maintaining customer contacts and follow-ups to track offers
Close coordination with internal departments for optimal event planning
Administrative preparation and follow-up of events in the system
