Marissa Lake Village on Lake Rees is part of the Marissa Resort Group and offers the perfect getaway on Lake Rees for families, friends, and couples—a place to escape the daily grind amidst nature and relax together.

Our Scandinavian-style resort will consist of vacation homes ranging from 60 to 192 square meters and is situated on 65 hectares amid the hills and lakes of the Reeser Meer. We are currently nearing completion of the homes in the first construction phase. We want to grow together with you on this exciting project.

We are looking for a

Caretaker (m/f/d) Full-time/Part-time at the Ree location

We look forward to meeting you when you:

You have manual dexterity and technical knowledge
Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a trade
You work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner
You are friendly and service-oriented when interacting with guests
You're flexible and willing to work occasionally on weekends
A Class B driver's license is a plus

Your tasks:

General Maintenance, Repair, and Servicing Work
The maintenance and inspection of our outdoor facilities (garden, paths, parking lots)
Monitoring of technical systems (heating, electrical, plumbing)
Assistance with preparing for guest arrivals (e.g., minor repairs and inspections)
Coordinate and supervise external service providers
Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the resort
