A friendly and approachable demeanor combined with a strong commitment to customer service
Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) as well as on weekends and holidays
Ideally, training in business or tourism
Experience in customer service, even when things get hectic
A structured and organized approach to work
Proficiency in MS Office
Open and communicative

Your tasks:

On-site guest services. In German and English.
Ensuring the check-in and check-out processes
Welcoming and Coordinating Customers and Suppliers
Quotes and Reservations
Communication with Other Departments
Invoicing and Sales/Cash Management
Back-office support via phone and email
