Marissa Beach Cinema

A completely new experience

Experience special open-air movie nights right on the beach at the Marissa Resort. As the sun slowly sets, the lake becomes the backdrop, and the movie begins, a movie night with a unique atmosphere takes shape.

Our beach cinema combines classic films, family movies, and a relaxed summer vibe by the water. We screen movies that are perfect for watching together, that bring back memories, and that make your evening on the beach even more enjoyable.

New this year

Silent Cinema

This year, our beach cinema is turning into a silent cinema. The film’s audio will be streamed directly through high-quality wireless headphones*. This way, you’ll hear dialogue, music, and sound effects clearly and directly, while still enjoying the special atmosphere of the beach. 

*All guests with a valid ticket will receive a pair of headphones on site in exchange for a deposit. The deposit is €5.00 per pair of headphones and must be paid in CASH. After the movie, return the headphones and get your deposit back.

Unreserved seating

Make yourself comfortable and plan your movie night exactly the way you like it best. This year, you’ll need to bring your own seating. No chairs or lounge chairs will be provided on site, but you’ll have the freedom to set up your spot on the beach exactly how you want to enjoy the evening: on a picnic blanket in the sand, in your own camping chair with a view of the lake, or relaxing on your lounge chair in the back row. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Tickets are available in advance. Subject to availability, tickets can also be purchased at the box office. The price at the box office is €12.00 per person.

Snacks and Drinks

For your movie night on the beach, we'll have cool drinks, popcorn, fries, and other snacks available at our Beachmar container.

Here's what you should know 

We're already really looking forward to seeing you and promise you the full outdoor experience: The performance will take place even if it rains. There is no rain shelter. Feel free to bring your own rain gear.
