The organizer of the giveaway is Marissa GmbH (Instagram: @marissa.resort).
The organizer of the "Stars 4 Free " event is Antenne Niedersachsen. Marissa GmbH is providing the venue at the Marissa Resort and is conducting this contest exclusively through the Instagram account @marissa.resort.
This contest is not affiliated with Instagram (Meta Platforms Inc.) and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. Instagram is not the point of contact for this contest.
1. Eligibility
Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of Marissa GmbH and their family members are not eligible to participate.
Only adults are eligible to enter the contest.
2. Entry Period
The contest begins on August 27, 2026, and ends on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
The winners will be selected by random drawing after the contest ends.
3. Terms and Conditions of Participation
Entry is via Instagram and is valid only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The Instagram account @marissa.resort is being followed.
- Share this post on your Instagram Story and tag @marissa.resort
- In the comments, tag the person you want to take to the concert.
Only complete entries that comply with the rules will be considered.
Multiple entries or automated entries are not permitted.
4. Profit
We're giving away 5 sets of 2 guest list spots for " Stars 4 Free" with Antenne Niedersachsen on September 5, 2026, at the Marissa Resort.
Michael Schulte will be a guest at the event.
Admission is by guest list only. The tickets won are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
There is no entitlement to a specific area, a specific view, or a specific seat within the event venue.
Travel expenses, parking fees, meals, lodging, or any other costs are not included in the prize.
5. Selection and Notification of Winners
Winners will be selected at random and notified via Instagram Direct Message through the @marissa.resort account.
If no response is received within 24 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
To be added to the guest list, winners must submit the required contact information by the deadline.
6. Prize Distribution / Guest List
The prize will be distributed via the event's guest list.
Winners will not receive tickets available for general sale. Access to the restricted event area is only possible if their names have been added to the guest list in advance.
Marissa GmbH assumes no liability if the prize cannot be claimed due to late, incomplete, or incorrect information.
7. Exclusion of Participants
Marissa GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest who
- violate these Terms and Conditions,
- provide false information,
- post inappropriate content or
- attempt to manipulate the contest process.
8. Amendment or Early Termination
Marissa GmbH reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the contest early at any time for good cause, provided that the proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed.
Any changes to the event itself are the responsibility of the event organizer, Antenne Niedersachsen.
9. Disclaimer
Marissa GmbH is not liable for technical malfunctions, outages, delays, or other issues that interfere with participation in or the conduct of the contest.
Marissa GmbH assumes no liability for changes to the event schedule, weather-related adjustments, official requirements, or decisions made by the event organizer.
10. Privacy Policy
For the purposes of this contest, only the personal data necessary for its administration will be processed. This includes, in particular, the Instagram username and, if applicable, the participant’s name and contact information for inclusion on the guest list.
The data will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and managing guest list spots.
To the extent necessary for managing the guest list, the required data may be shared with the relevant event organizers.
Once the contest and the event have concluded, the data will be deleted, unless required to be retained by law.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the conduct and administration of the sweepstakes.

11. Legal Remedies
Legal recourse is excluded.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
By entering the contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
