When we stood at the lake for the first time, with the expansive area in view, we recognized the opportunity to develop a concept of careful tourism in harmony with nature for this unique location. The idea of a nature-oriented resort was born and was implemented by our planners.
We are delighted with the result, the promising tourism potential and the way our project has been welcomed locally and by the state of Lower Saxony. All of this motivates us personally not only to develop and market the vacation properties, but also to enter into a long-term commitment as operators of the vacation park.
