Terms and Conditions for the Easter Instagram Giveaway

The organizer of this giveaway is Marissa Resort
(Instagram: @marissa.resort).

This giveaway takes place exclusively on Instagram and is not affiliated with Instagram (Meta Platforms Inc.).
It is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram.
Instagram is not the contact for this contest.

1. Eligibility

Only natural persons aged 18 or older who are residents of Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is restricted to adults only.

2. Contest Period

The contest ends on March 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (CET).
The drawing will take place immediately afterward.

3. Terms and Conditions

Participation takes place via Instagram and is only valid if all of the following conditions are met:

The number of BOs hidden in the carousel is counted correctly and stated as a comment under the post.

The Instagram account @marissa.resort is followed.

The contest post is liked.

Only complete and correct entries will be considered.
Multiple entries or automated entries are not permitted.

4. Prize

Two nights’ stay at House S at the Marissa Resort will be raffled off.

The prize is redeemable in 2026 (subject to availability).
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Notification will be sent via Instagram Direct Message.

If no response is received within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Processing / Redemption

The details of the stay will be arranged individually with the Marissa Resort.
The organizer assumes no liability for non-redemption or personal impediments.

7. Exclusion of Participants

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest who violate these terms and conditions,
provide false information, or attempt to manipulate the course of the contest.

8. Modification or Early Termination

The organizer reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the contest early at any time for good cause, provided that the proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that impair participation in or the conduct of the contest.

10. Data Protection

Only the personal data necessary for the conduct of the contest will be processed (Instagram username and, if applicable, contact information for prize fulfillment).
The data will not be shared with third parties, will be used exclusively for the contest, and will be deleted upon completion.

11. Legal Remedies

Legal recourse is excluded.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
