Terms and conditions for participation in the Instagram competition
"Valentine's Day competition"

The competition is organized by Marissa Resort
(Instagram: @marissa.resort).

This competition takes place exclusively on Instagram and is not affiliated with Instagram (Meta Platforms Inc.).
It is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.
Instagram is not the contact for the competition.

1. Eligibility
Only natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Only adults are permitted to participate.

2. Participation period
The competition ends on the Thursday before Valentine's Day at 12:00 p.m. (CET).
The winner will be drawn immediately afterwards.

3. Conditions of participation
Participation takes place via Instagram and is only valid if all of the following conditions are met:
The competition post must be liked.
The Instagram account @marissa.resort must be followed.
The competition post must be shared in your own Instagram story.
Only complete entries that comply with the rules will be considered.
Multiple entries or automated entries are not permitted.

4. Prize
The prize is a romantic evening for two at the Mezzomar restaurant
including a €100 voucher, valid exclusively on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2026.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Partial redemption or transfer to another date is not permitted.

5. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram direct message.
If no response is received within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize processing/redemption
The prize can only be redeemed on February 14, 2026, at the Mezzomar restaurant.
The organizer accepts no liability for non-use or personal impediments.

7. Exclusion of participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate these terms and conditions of participation,
provide false information,
or attempt to manipulate the course of the competition.

8. Changes or early termination
The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the contest early at any time for good cause if the proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that affect participation in or the conduct of the contest.

10. Data protection
Only the personal data necessary for the implementation of the competition will be processed (Instagram username and, if applicable, contact details for prize processing).
The data will not be passed on to third parties, will be used exclusively for the competition and will be deleted after completion.

11. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
