We are particularly happy to welcome younger guests to our resort! That's why it's important to us to offer activities and attractions for children so that every age group has a great experience at our resort.

The varied landscape of the Dümmer Nature Park is also reflected in the grounds of the Marissa Resort. The houses are embedded in seven different natural worlds, whose characteristic facets can be experienced during a stay. Such an elaborate landscape design concept is unique for a resort in northern Germany. There are various playgrounds for all ages throughout the resort. Here you can relax on a bench and watch your children let off steam.
LYKKE LAND - OUR INDOOR PLAY HALL
Your adventure awaits you here! We offer you a variety of play options, a modern exercise arena and breathtaking climbing challenges. With us, everyone gets their portion of "fun & games" - the very small "crawlers", the nimble kids or adventurous teenagers and adults.
All overnight guests at the resort receive a 25% discount on their tickets. Redeemable only on site.
OUTDOOR PLAYGROUNDS
There are several different playgrounds at our resort, so you can even keep an eye on your children from the terrace. Outside the resort, however, there are other play areas around the Dümmer and on the beach.
SKATE PARK & SPORTS FIELD IN THE PARK
For skateboards, inline skates, BMX bikes and stunt scooters - at the heart of our resort is our new skate park for beginners and advanced skaters! In the middle of it, you can play several ball sports on a multi-arena. Come and have a look!
ACTIVITIES AROUND THE PARK
The Ströhen animal park, which is not far from the vacation park, is very popular with children. In cooperation, we offer every guest a €2 GIFT VOUCHER for admission to the zoo. For further activities, simply ask at reception what there is to do for children outside the resort. The list of partners & activities is very large and constantly changing.

Let the movie begin for our little guests! An exciting children's film awaits you in a cozy atmosphere at the children's cinema - with popcorn, snacks and drinks - and there's coffee for the parents.

Dear Parents, our children’s events do not constitute childcare. Parents or legal guardians accompanying the children are responsible for supervising them at all times.
We have a real classic for Easter. You can search for hidden Easter eggs in our flower meadow!
The hunt starts at 9:00 a.m. To ensure there are enough eggs for all the children, we ask that you only take two eggs per person.
This Easter, the Easter bonfire will once again be lit in Lembruch for young and old alike.
The event kicks off with a group torchlight procession to the bonfire, followed by drinks, bread on a stick, french fries, and bratwurst between the fire station and the sports field.
Heiner Rusche brings a cheerful Easter interactive concert to the stage with his tour "Mach dich locker!" (Loosen up!), full of music, movement, and good vibes.
Fun for young and old alike, where singing along, participating, and laughing along are expressly encouraged.
To kick off the season at the Dümmer Bird Show in Dümmerlohausen, a special family tour awaits you. The exhibition offers fascinating insights into the birdlife around Lake Dümmer and provides clear explanations of migration patterns, native species, and habitats. The experience is enhanced by hands-on activities designed for children.
