Your tasks:

Employee management/employee motivation
Securing the operating business
Duty and vacation planning
Cashier responsibility
Internal and external correspondence
Cooperation with various departments such as housekeeping, building services, reservations
Inspections
Training courses
Data maintenance HMS
Quality assurance and complaint management
